Building Hope After Loss

Community, healing, and hope for your next chapter.

You came here feeling alone. You’ll leave feeling ready.

Building Hope After Loss is a 12-week course and community for women TTC after miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss — helping you feel ready, calm, informed, and genuinely hopeful for your next pregnancy.

Building Hope After Loss

Community, healing, and hope for your next chapter.

Trying to conceive after miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss is one of the most emotionally complex journeys a woman can take. You carry grief and hope at the same time — and that deserves to be acknowledged.

Building Hope After Loss is a 12-week course and community designed specifically for women TTC after loss. You will find women who truly understand your journey, tools to regulate your nervous system and process your emotions, and the medical knowledge you need to walk into every appointment feeling informed and empowered.

Through video modules, weekly live calls, and a private WhatsApp community, you will build something that cannot be taken from you — community, calm, and genuine hope.

You are not starting over. You are building something new — and you don’t have to build it alone.

Why I built this

Because “just try again” is not good enough.

In my years as an OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, I have sat with women after some of the most devastating moments of their lives. And what I have witnessed, again and again, breaks my heart.

Too many women sent home after pregnancy loss with no real answers. No investigation into what happened. No emotional support. No clear guidance on when — or how — to try again. Just platitudes. “At least you know you can get pregnant.”“Just try again.” You deserved better than that.

I built Building Hope After Loss because I believe every woman who has experienced loss deserves a thorough understanding of what happened, the tools to advocate for herself at every appointment, and a community of women who truly understand the road she is walking.

I want you to go into your next pregnancy feeling confident, informed, and supported — not anxious and alone. I want you to know how to ask the right questions, build a support system that actually holds you, and move through fear and overwhelm without being consumed by it.

Most of all, I want you to find your people — and come out of this stronger than you went in.
